What we say:
We redeveloped this property in 2016, we really wanted to create flexible living space that would appeal to lots of groups. The open plan area at the rear gives a real hub to the communal living, while the 2nd reception area off the hall gives somewhere to study or just hang out in a different environment.
What our housemates say:
Myself and the girls loved our stay at Edwy Parade. Two of us had cars so the drive way parking was a real bonus. Edwy parade is a no through road so you don’t really get passing traffic. We also loved having separate spaces to study and relax.
